This policy explains what personal data Vimatech ("we", "us") collects through vimatech.tr, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to visitors of this website and to anyone who submits a project inquiry through our contact form.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the project inquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name, email address, and company name (if provided)
- The project details you write in the message field
- The page you submitted the form from and, where available, the referring page
- The language you were browsing in and your explicit consent confirmation
We do not use tracking or analytics cookies on this site at this time. We do not run advertising pixels and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Why we process it
We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate the project you describe, and — if it goes forward — to communicate with you about a potential or active engagement. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form (KVKK Art. 5/2 and, for visitors in the EU/EEA, GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored on servers we operate in Nuremberg, Germany, and are accessible only to the Vimatech team members handling business development and project delivery. We do not transfer your data to processors outside this infrastructure.
How long we keep it
We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required by Turkish commercial and tax record-keeping rules. If no relationship develops, we delete inquiry records after 24 months of inactivity.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Confirm whether we hold data about you and provide a copy of it
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your data or restrict its processing
- Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time
- Receive your data in a portable format
To exercise any of these rights, email projects@vimatech.tr. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu) or, for EU/EEA visitors, your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
